Duties and Responsibilities
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Follow blueprints and building plans.
Understand which materials are best for project and obtain them beforehand.
Prepare walls and ceilings for EIFs or plaster by cleaning, taping and fixing any holes or cracks.
Coat walls with plaster and go over the undercoat to make sure the final coat is flawless and require few touchups.
Construct scaffolding.
Remove all tools and scaffolding from jobsite and ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained at the end of every workday.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Familiarity erecting scaffolding and working with ornamental design tools.
Familiar with EIFs and plaster.
High range of mobility to apply plaster in all necessary areas.
Excellent teamwork to achieve flawless results.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Able to work a flexible work schedule with varying days and hours, including call-ins.
Able to work outdoors in all seasons and work at heights.
Able climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 100lbs
