DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environment, Health, and Safety training sessions
Skill and experience with concrete forming molds and processes
Ability to pour, level, and smooth concrete surfaces as well as add texture to the finish
Rebar installation, able to follow blueprints and work with rebar to reinforce concrete or masonry construction
Able to read blueprints
Operate and maintain hand tools, mechanical systems, power tools and other machines
Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure the surface of concrete
Waterproofing, damp-proofing and restoring concrete surfaces
Installing anchor bolts, steel plates and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete
Patching of existing surfaces
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Valid Driver’s License

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to work a flexible work schedule with varying days and hours, including call-ins.
Able to work outdoors in all seasons and work at heights.
Able to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 100lbs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
