Duties and Responsibilities

Operate high-pressure cleaning equipment to wash buildings, and operate a variety of tools including jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and blowtorches.

Follow proper equipment procedures when utilizing power tools to prevent damage to property.

Notify the manager concerning the need for repairs to buildings.

Prepare new construction sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space, and responsible for clearing debris.

Maintain cleaning and construction equipment and other tools in a safe, clean working order.

Follow project instructions from the Property Manager.

Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environment, Health, and Safety training.

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience

High School Diploma.

Landscaping, masonry, or construction experience is preferred.

Able to work a flexible work schedule with varying days and hours, including call-ins.

Able to work outdoors in all seasons and work at heights.

Physical Requirements

Able to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 100lbs.
