Duties and Responsibilities
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
Unload tools, prepare site materials, and set up equipment
Follow project instructions from Projects Manager or Supervisor
Safely operate a variety of tools including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and operate machinery including skid steer and back hoe
Prepare and maintain construction sites by shoveling, brooming, digging, moving materials, or compacting space
Provide assistance to Equipment Operators, etc. as needed
Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials
Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Valid Driver’s License
MSHA Certification a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stand, walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; climb ladders; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Ability to perform physical labor on a daily basis.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to moderately loud.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include correctable vision to complete work in a safe manner.
